Day 7-out of Flourence to Rome

I just had to get a picture with the building! I LOVED the buildings, the colors, the unique doors, the shutters, etc...I loved the kiss as well :)
This was in Assisi. Such a fun small place. this is where St. Frances started the munks and nuns. He was buried in the basilica. It was three stories. There were the coolest streets here. It was a small little town. We tried to capture the amazing streets and buildings in our pictures. We were only here for a few hours then we took off to see the Vatican.

The men might have got a little bugged with what felt like a photo shoot because every corner we hit was amazing and we needed a picture. They actually all were very good sports!

The Vatican was a bit of a let down, but I think it was because we entered in through the back with a large wall where we couldn't see anything and then ended out front-which was quite amazing! The crowd was also a turn off there are 20-25,000 a day that go through.

apparently these are the windows that the pope comes out of and the balcony where he blesses the masses

they were set up for some service

dinner was yummy-I loved the baguettes every meal!
NICE! I was sick of seeing private parts by the end of the trip!
We came to Rome that night and took a driving tour. We got out and threw our coins in the fountain and made a wish to come back to Rome one day.
The Vatican at night!
